This was ACDC at it's best, don't get me wrong, I love Brian Johnson and he was a gift from God to the boys from down under but Bon Scott was the man. The swagger, the voice. And this album, Highway to Hell, the only "Rock" album that compares with this as a full piece is Appetite for Destruction from GnR. I mean seriously, the track list is beyond insane. Highway to Hell, Girls got Rhythm, Walk all over you", Touch too Much, Night Prowler... Good god, bands scratch and claw for one good song... But the entire album.

This song is a good example of how far AC/DC had come by 1979. With new producer Robert "Mutt" Lange the sound is more compact; the post-glam pre-punk metal ruminations have give way to a more terse and cohesive sound. I still love the early stuff but this album, and in particular this song is right on the money on what a rock song should be: dark, sexy, emotional, and to the point!
