Accept - Lady Lou off their self titled album

Runnin' through empty streets

Tryin' to find my ride

C'mon let's go to town

I wanna live my life

Lady I am loving you

In my car I drive

Woman I lose my way

Because you can take me high

Won't you come to me my love

Lady Lou

Won'y you come to me my love

Won't you, won't you, won't you?

Yeah I see you, come here to me

I said lay Lady Lou

Money, I spend it all

I gave you all my life

Honey, don't fool me now

Because I don't wanna die

Won't you come to me, my love

Lady Lou

Won't you come to me, my love

Don't you want me baby?

Won't you come to me, my love

Lady Lou

Won't you come to me, my love

Won't you, won't you

Won't you come to me, my love

Lady Lou, yeah

Won't you come to me, my love

Don't you want me baby

Lay Lady Lou (x5)

! Que recuerdos me trae este LP ! Lo compré hace unos 28 años en una tienda de música en el centro de Madrid llamada "La Metralleta" que además podías cambiar LP unos por otros por una diferencia de precio. ! Que época !

What is interesting about this song compared to a ton of other accept songs. The background singing in the chorus line is very high octave and most of accepts other songs use a deeper voice background in their songs. I wonder who did those high points in this song just for curiousity sake. Most don't give a shit anyway but I thought it was odd. Let me know your thoughts on this or if you have any info on who did the high singing.

The first accept album I ever bought and this is one of my favorite album photo's of all time. My second would be "Unveiling the Wicked" by Exciter! Awesome

Yeah, though i have no real opinion on punk. I haven't really listen to punk, but i do like thrash. Maybe one day i will find time to try to listen to it and see if i like it.

yeap, you're correct on thrash's punk influences. even though i'm not a huge fan of punk, but i still respect it that has made impact on metal entirely. :-)

Heavy Metal came before punk. But metal did have a strong blues influence. Though thrash metal was influence by punk.

uhhh, i don't see how "blues-rock" is a genre though?

Blues ---> Blues rock ---> Rock. That was what I meant.

read about "blues-rock" on wikipedia before. (wikipedia is not the best source to look up accurate information, sometimes the editors do make up stuff). didn't "rock music" came out of blues already? a lot rock bands were influenced by the blues, so why called it "blues-rock" if rock already came out the blues?

Ok so basically you're saying The Rolling Stones nor The Animals played Blues rock? Do some researches before saying this. Try that Wikipedia in ''Blues rock'' there's a whole page not just 3 line...

metal never came from punk nor blues rock(if that genre ever existed).

I'm not a rap guy just to tell you. In fact: Rap is nice to listen for rappers ; Blues-rock is nice to listen for rockers ; Limp Bizkit, is nice to listen for both rockers (2000's metal not 70's) and rappers.

Yeah I like how you develop your opinion like I did....

"all rap sucks ass" You do realize that's just your opinion, right? From my point of view, there are plenty of good rappers. You've just gotta look for them.

So you are both saying Limp Bizkit got no balls. Wow such idiot. There's no worst combination ever, there's only person who can't see the best of those combinations. In fact, metal is the combination between blues rock, punk and hard rock...
