I don't understand why the one corner of YouTube where people can come and watch worship music there is all this arguing. He leads worship this way, you lead worship that way. Yes actually i play lead guitar for my church. Yes I know the feeling of rocking out and being passionate in worship. I do that too, but only for youth conference. Theres nothing wrong w/ hitting hard on the drums, because you have glass shield and mics to take care of the volume. however when aaron stops singing, you should be able to decently hear the crowd, not just backup singer. Lead singers dont have to sing EVERYTHING, but in this vid aaron is so focused on drums that he doesnt even sing

When I play drums for my church, I hit hard. The reason being that I get so lost in worship and the music and praise being given that I because super passionate. I think the reason you can't hear the audience is because the mics are for Arron and the recording of the interments. I don't know if you play worship music or sing on stage or anything, but if not, give it a try and see how you feel. It's an amazing feeling to lead worship.

I dont think having an opinion count as judging. besides, whatever i said is 100% true. he might be worshipping god and rocking out, but he's probably the only one whos enjoying it. Proof is when he stopped singing "whooa ohh" you cant even hear the audience singing. and you really need to understsand the difference between criticism and judging. I merely said what I think is bad about his leading worship. I did not even say one thing about him as a person or anything like that. not judging
