Her death was such a harsh and brutal one for such a sweet and genuine person. It was very shocking when I found out. It was disappointing too that it happened at the height of her success. :(

GUSTAVO FOREVER

Timbaland produced a beautiful Album, in company of static Major that did beautiful lyrics with Futuristic sounds with arabic influences, the Aaliyah voice is most mature and most stronger. That proves that Aaliyah was destined to be a powerful influence to the R&B and of course a huge star, her original style, her glasses, her constants change on her eyes made an authenticity on herself. her beautiful black and long hair, maybe on these days she would be an amazing dancer, with her beautiful voice making beautiful songs of R&B, Produced amazing albums with timbaland and other artists, the Aaliyah album Was one of her best R&B albums on 2001. R.i.p Aaliyah

The music is from a legendary Algerian singer Warda Al Jazairia (The Algerian Rose) it is called Batwans Beek, a song about distant lovers. The songwriter is Egyptian, if I remember correctly. But this is Arab music. I love Aaliyah but Timbaland never gave proper credit to the original artists.
