A Case Of You - Passenger, The Once & Stu Larsen video free download

hello you lot - here is the 6th video in our north american tour series .

this one comes from the beautiful city of VANCOUVER (told you we hadn’t forgotten about you xx)

when i played my first gigs in CANADA a few years ago i completely fell in love with the place and new that it would be a country that i’d want to visit again and again . it feels like there is such a love and understanding for the kind of music that i make and its wonderful to be embraced by a country with such a rich songwriting history .

some of my all time favourite artists and bands are from canada - from legends like leonard cohen and neil young to more recent acts such as dan mangan , arcade fire and feist …. and of course the once :-)

we could have happily shoot ten videos and it was always going to be difficult to decide on one artist and one song ….

in the end we went for “a case of you” by joni mitchell .

this song is breathtaking . the lyrics are so honest and so painful that although i’ve heard it forty thousand times i still get goosebumps with every listen .

i really hope we did it justice .

bryan couldn’t get to vancouver to film with us this time so we are hugely grateful to jonathan krauth, blake mcritchie and adam johnson from green couch productions for stepping in at short notice and doing such a lovely job !

massive thanks to russ and simon who are not only amazing sound men but insanely generous to give their time and patience to these videos . thank you also to stu larsen ,the once , dan medland and chris vallejo .
