"Anna, I CAN'T!"That moment right there hits me SO HARD you have no clue. You can just really feel how hopeless their situation is, that an the near dead silence that comes right after. Else truly believes that she's no help and can't be helped, and believes it SO MUCH, so having someone like Anna promise that it was all going to be okay when Elsa had already given up hope must've been overwhelming, and that scene captured it perfectly.
