311 playing their new single "Hey You" for the first time live. This was the first show of their 2009 Spring Tour at the Rialto Theatre in Tucson, AZ on 4.15.09. The audio improves after the first 15 sec, but keep in mind that this inexpensive equipment cannot possibly capture the true amazing live sound of 311. This was an excellent set, and the new song sounded great.

Chadsexton123: not "hating", just wishing people could learn to watch things instead of taping things. This video does nothing for me, and I've been a fan since Grassroots. I want quality videos, especially when they are music videos. I just cringe when I see/hear something like this. Oh, and no, not everyone knows that this isn't how 311 sounds. If you own their albums or go to their shows, you know it. If you're just being introduced to 311, this video doesn't make them look good.14 years ago

What the hell do you mean "good"? Crappy quality, crappy audio, shaky, just plain crap! I'm sure the guys of 311 are just thrilled that this unofficial piece of crap is on the web. I love 311 and this video doesn't represent them at all. A "real fan" wouldn't bother video taping a show with a terrible camera. Bro, it's all cool man, they will always be the 311 you and i know and love... Don't worry. The lyrics in this song reflect their positive original messages and they just love playing out for people... that's what i love for 311. This isn't what they have always been but it is 311 no doubt :D Just learn to love it man! And if you can't no problem, their shows usually emphasize their old music anyway...15 years ago
