Tupac got killed because he was a big threat to their power system, his influence was creating a world wide revolution ( Rise of the lower class/Otherwise called Thugs ). When he didn't submit and started rejecting the people in power by creating his own recording company that's when he had to go. He never submitted to the police/system. I'm a Muslim and I believe Islam is going through the same process. Islam is not made to submit to man made laws/systems it's divinity only allows it to submit to God Alone.
