(Spoilers)The last souds were made by the big sister akali....who was once a little sister saved by jack....managed to NOT get the rapture dream in her head....moved the sand in the beach in the shape of rapture...and returned to rapture and made the city move with a rare kind of plasmid she also used in the sand to between canada and egypt so no one like jack would find the city again....sad ending to everything in bioshock 2...the city full of mutants...the big sisters dead...and big daddy....

Disgusting is the wrong word, and besides, that type of style is one of the most promoted and most recognisable types of marketing associated with video games. Serves its purpose I think.
