I'm on fire on the uploads! Guess what, this is the famous Roxy show from the 'Darkness On The Edge Of Town Tour'! This is one of the best shows that Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have ever done!

This show is one of the main sources for the 'Live 1975-85' album ('Spirit In The Night', 'Paradise By The 'C'', 'Adam Raised A Cain', 'Growin' Up' [with some cuts on the story], 'It's Hard To Be A Saint In The City', 'Backstreets' [without the 'Sad Eyes' section and a part of the third verse switched with another show], 'Rosalita' and 'Raise Your Hand')! 'For You' was also recorded and later released as a B-side and on CD in Japan only (Live Collection EP).

'Rave On' is played for the first time on the tour with a great version, 'Badlands' is superb, 'Spirit In The Night' is excellent, 'Darkness On The Edge Of Town' is very good, 'Candy's Room' is solid, 'For You' is fantastic, 'Point Blank' is a tour premiere and features different lyrics and a slightly different arrangement but great anyway, 'The Promised Land' is awesome, 'Prove It All Night' is fantastic, 'Racing In The Street' is great and 'Thunder Road' is amazing!

'Paradise By The 'C'' Is awesome with the Big Man on fire, 'Fire' is great, 'Adam Raised A Cain' is excellent, 'Mona' is excellent, 'She's The One' is superb, 'Growin' Up' is awesome, 'It's Hard To Be A Saint In The City' is great, 'Backstreets' is amazing (one of my favourite performances ever), 'Heartbreak Hotel' has its first performance and a fantastic one (with great Elvis impressions by Bruce) and 'Rosalita' is one of my favourite versions ever!

'Independence Day' has its first perfomance ever with a solo piano version, 'Born To Run' is excellent, 'Because The Night' is extraordinary, 'Raise Your Hand' is a tour premiere and has a great performance. Finally, after an encore cheering for about 15 minutes, Bruce returns on stage without any monitors to play an amazing version of 'Twist And Shout'!

This is the KMET FM Radio broadcast, and you can hear some comments by the journalist who's covering the gig (specially on the encores and on the end of the 1st set). His comments will teach you all you need to know about this amazing show!

This is the concert that shows Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band in their very best. The recording's quality is great and it's 99.9% complete (there's a cut in the middle of 'Thunder Road')

Enjoy!
