Conviction was a game where Sam Fisher had cut loose. The only thing he could feel was anger past the point of no return. In this game, you are given one solid experience: unbridled rage. There's no sneaking past, no enemies to spare, everyone dies. The only two people Sam cares about are Victor Coste and his daughter Sarah, and after he gets them to safety, he disappears into obscurity. There are three complaints I have, and two of them arent even about this game. 1. Conviction was too short, then again staying angry for more than 4 hours, you should probably see a doctor. 2. Blacklist wasnt needed, and felt extremely phoned in. 3. They didnt get Ironsides to play Fisher again.

Now imagine a Splinter Cell movie opening credits (similar to MI: Ghost Protocol) with this playing in the background...

Since everyone else is offering their two cents, I may as well offer mine.I loved Conviction, but I agree with those who say Chaos Theory was the best. Conviction is awesome for its mechanics, but Chaos Theory had something...special about it. I think a lot of that had to do with the atmosphere of the game. A lot of Conviction felt very same-y.

Don't come on a Splinter Cell: Conviction video talking about Chaos Theory. You look like a fool.
