the 80s were the best, great economy, killer music, and so much less political BS than now, we didn't wake up every day wondering what crap would happen in the world.

Murvy if you were 18 in '83 as I was, had a bad ass '68 GTO as I did, a kick ass girlfriend that looked exactly like Joan Jett, and the best weed ever grown, you might have a better grip on just how great this jam is. It reached into my very soul, as it did to many others. When Steve died a piece of me died with him. I have nothing but the fondest memories of those days. Steve brought the music to life, real life. I miss him, I miss it all, and I'd not change a fucking thing.

Steve Clark WAS Def Leppard.. Vivian Campbell is a F'kin Disgraceful Sell out.. He couldn't hold Steve's jock strap! (or guitar strap for that matter!) GTH Vivian! Rest in Peace Steve!

I agree, when Steve died, the soul of the band died. When they play Switch 625 now it's just a technical routine, sterile and clinical. No soul.

This is some of the best live jam ever. I was 18 when this came out. Steve was the band. Elliot says he didn't write entire songs, and i'm sure mutt helped piece things together, but once Steve bought it, they were never the same. Watching Phil do Switch makes want to puke. Somewhere Steamin Steve Clark plays for the angel's now. Kinda selfish of them to take him so early. This is such a good recording, and it will never be reproduced. Priceless it is.

oh so they are gonna release it with that. yeah heard about the delux editions of those albums coming out. but the hysteria delux only had 5 live tracks in it. so it sounds like they are going to release full concerts this time. that would be awesome!

Any chance I could get those songs by email too?

you should be able to download the audio right from here, or I could try sending the songs by email, but a few of the files are too big and freeze the email. Do you have any shows from high and dry, pyromania or earlier?
