Eric stewart said in an interview from 1981 that this was his least favourite 10cc song as it 'sounded like something from the south pacific'

A great song about falling in love with the Dean's daughter, or about not having money after getting married, or about making money in the end. A great song with about 9 different musical parts, for no good reason. Think they are underestimated? Here is the main reason why this band never really caught on: "The elevator in my heart has gone AWOL, AWOL, AWOL, AWOL." Is that supposed to mean something? His heart hasn't gone AWOL, but the elevator in his heart has gone AWOL. Got it! And why does it shift to the third person in the middle? All of their songs have this "everything but the kitchen sink" approach, and the final effect is like eating a multi-layered parfait with custard, ground beef, oatmeal, mayonnaise, caramel and ketchup. And no, before you even ask me, I do NOT want to share on Google+ !!!
