This version of the song kind of puts me in a trance. It's more surreal to me. I can see through the narrator's eyes and feel what he feels for the "nurse"I think this song is from the perspective of a mental patient who falls in love with a nurse and is delusional about her having feelings for him as well and when he says "She acts just like a nurse with all the other guys" He thinks she's giving other people the attention only he deserves.
