I agree - they were trying to market themselves to the 80's crowd and dance music but yet tried to keep some bluesiness to it. The early 80's was really hurting when it came to good rock music.

They played this tune live at a show in northern california I was at, about 8-9 years ago. Billy tore the roof off the joint. And it was an outdoor venue!!!! One of my favorite ZZ top songs. Love their old blues stuff!
