In the summer of 2010, ZBB lost a dear friend named Lance. A musician from Atlanta who played in bands with Jimmy for years, Lance stepped in and toured with ZBB on drums during a transitional period, and he quickly became a friend to the whole band. "He loved music as much as anybody I had ever seen. Maybe more than me," says Zac. Watch Jimmy and ZBB tell more of the story behind "Lance's Song" from Uncaged.

After my mom passed in May, I found great comfort in listening and feeling the words to this great song. As with Lance, my Mom, an angel to hundreds, will be greatly missed. She shared her passion for love and never met a stranger . I miss her every day and it saddens me that my 2 daughters only got a few years with this amazing beautiful independent woman. Hey Zac, you are my most favorite band and a Former US Marine, so I would not be doing my duty if I didn't inform you that the American Flag flying behind you on the wall is backwards. I lost a close friend of mine to a car accident in August of 2010...he fell asleep behind the wheel driving home from KC. We had just graduated high school in May of 2010....he was one of the best drummers around my city. First time I heard this song, I probably bawled my eyes out for a good couple of hours.
