Okay it's not 1972 and the studio style has changed, but play this track a few times and all of Dewey Bunnell's genius for a quirky melody is still in there. Sure the first three albums (to Hattrick) showcased a unique talent, but there's lots from the 80's/90's well worth checking out too.

Now I've obtained this album. YouTube sounds better than my iTunes. Anyway, perhaps I've got thirteen or so albums of America. Their successful career is just worhy of deep respect. A great band.

Not sayin' it's bad but it's not my America. I miss the acoustic style of the 70's. I know time progresses, and this is 18 years ago as it is. I would so love to meet these guys. I heard they are very polite and appreciate their fans. No arrogance.
