i think of a old lady in a hospital on life support. the support is being cut off, and the old lady closes her eyes to go to an eternal sleep. then she she opens her eyes, she is a young lady again floating in a black sea of nothingness she looks down is floating down to windows that show parts of her life she starts spinning around happy, but she sees some sad memories and falls the black floor and starts to cry but then a light appears far ahead and gets brighter she follows it and disappears.

I don´t think so, because this is played in the first episode, but at 1:00 min it is played in the episode where they go to rauken. Take a look at the Wolf´s Rain page, I´m sure they tell you there.
