I dunno what possessed me to come here and watch a load of Yo La Tengo videos, they're the type of band that, on paper, I should really enjoy but the only thing I'd heard by them was Speeding Motor Cycle (years ago, in a mix that segued into The Hipster Bebop Junkie by W.S Burroughs and Gus Van Sant, then that LFO track with the seagulls--weirdest mixtape I ever owned) and no offence but that's a novelty track, innit?!?! Anyway I was right, I DO like Y.L.T and this track is lovely. So there!

Huge fan; Ian Kaplan just bought my casio MT-65 off eBay :D...no joke. This is by far my favorite album. These guys inspired me to buy this synthesizer (used heavily on this album), and low and behold...Where's Alanis Morisette and my 10,000 spoons already.
