Easy.12th fret on 2nd string/B string, 12 fret 3rd string/G string, 10th fret 2nd string, 12fret 3rd string, 9th fret 3rd string, 12th fret 3rd string (repeat) 10th and 11th fret 3rd string and 12th fret on 1st string. sorry about that crap explanation but you should be able to work it out from that
