I happen to of stumbled upon Xavier Rudd in Australia at the Zoo. (I live in California USA). We stood in the rain and listened to this man warm up for his concert that he was doing later that evening. It was pure magic. Those few hours.....Thank You Xavier Rudd for making your brand of music. I appreciate it.

i like various types of music, but i will note that types made out of blues scales don't bring you up, they bring you down. same thing with how some electronic frequencies have a physical and mental effect on you. taste is purely subjective, but if you are looking to elevate mood and consciousness, it'a fact that diminished notes, minor scales, etc are the devil's music. just saying. i still listen, but with more open eyes than before. music is much more powerful than entertainment.

Just because there are a handful of people aren't in it for artistic merit, doesn't mean there isn't thousands that aren't. Allow me to re-iterate the later part of my original comment where I said 'DIG' around. If you honestly allow commercials and mainstream media to govern your opinion of anything, let alone the depth of a music style, then you should reconsider your standpoint.

If you fall......I will lay myself down to soften the blow................Xavier Rudd is so amazing. I've had the privilege of seeing him live several times. There's nothing more fun than dancing around with hundreds of other people to the magnificent sounds of the didgeridoo.

im glad somebody realizes this fact. its saddening to see so many people saying "one love" and "respect everybody, regardless of race" then having them saying "dub step should go die along with everybody who listens to it. its pure bullshit. respect music, regardless :)
