Here's a perfect DVD quality copy of Surrounded By Idiots by Wrathchild America, I noticed the other copies were heavily pixelated. This should be a nice upgrade, from my collection of DVD videos that haven't actually been released to DVD, but I have access to a lot of DVD quality videos that are not actually released to DVD.
The original file is an uncompressed MPEG-2 video with remastered audio.

What a great band these guys were, they kicked ASS live! The first time I saw them was opening for Testament in New Orleans on the Practice What You Preach tour. Then, I got completely, UTTERLY fucked-up with Terry Carter after a show they did in Jacksonville with Ugly Kid Joe as Souls At Zero.
