WORSHIP, founded in 1998, is one of the best known underground funeral doom bands. Originally formed by "Fucked Up Mad" Max Varnier from France and Daniel "The Doommonger" from Germany, WORSHIP entered the scene with their 1999 "Last Tape Before Doomsday".
After Max's tragic suicide in 2001, WORSHIP was put on hold. However, in 2003 Daniel decided that WORSHIP would go on, which led to their second full length album "DOOOM" released in 2007 and "Terranean Wake" in 2012.
This video was recorded during the Dutch Doom Days XI, the eleventh edition of Europe's longest running doom metal festival.
