Roadhouse Blues by Doors had a lot of children. About 150 were Status Quo songs. Dunka dunka dunka...

I'm sure I've commented b4, but they were simply one of the best. Love the "Claptonesque" shrug of the shoulders and going up on tip toes when Ted Turner "feels" the guitars notes.

We booked them to play the second ever concert at our college (West Bridgeford Tech ) in Notts UK summer 1970 ...They had to get ready in our 'common room' office . Chatted to them before they played , what a gig ...First album had just come out ...Brill summer of music ..loads of gigs and festivals ...

Ted Turner plays a lot like Rory Gallagher.

It's a very bluesy track. Great blues licks.

Bristol 1972 unique twin guitars sound ...still sounds perfect!!

Wishbone Ash were overshadowed by Yes , The Moody Blues and King Crimson. Quite frankly so many brilliant bands around during the 1970s , particularly in the Progressive Rock Genre it was difficult to gain and retain prominence..

how big did they get? I kinda remember them but NOT as  BIG ACT

Maddeningly and needlessly mimed to their backing track... ridiculous.. when we all know Wishbone could really play. What was that all about? MU rules at the time..? This is just the record, with live(?) vocals....
