@duncan williams Thank you for the dialect info. I've looked up Kunwinjku now and see that the language is spoken by approximately 2,000 people in Western Arnhem Land. The phonology is similar to that of other languages in the area such as the Yolngu cluster.

Rubin asked what they are singing about. Well I don't know the Kunwinjku dialect but the song is called 'Galiwin'ku'. Galiwinku is where they come from on Elcho Island and I can only assume they are singing about their beautiful "Galiwinku" with it's great beaches and countryside. The Video suggests this - don't you think?
