Wide Mouth Mason is a classic Canadian blues-based pop/rock 3-piece that formed in Saskatoon SK, They consist of Shaun Verreault (vocals, guitar), Safwan Javed (percussion, vocals) and bassist Earl Pereira. They independently released their first album The Nazarene in 1996 and were signed by Warner soon thereafter despite only 2500 copies being pressed and when their contract expired in 2004, they signed with Curve Music.
