SPM is innocent. Children can be very good at lying. My brother's daughter lied to the school, telling them she ran away cause he threw her at a wall. That shit never happened. The judge prosecuted him on accusations, not one shred of evidence. I'd bet my own life that that nine year old still had her hymen in tact. The judge took one look at SPM and you could already tell he'd made up his mind about him. Since when do they make arrests on accusations with no evidence?

I think in SPM ' S defense wether he did it or not in this statement is Irrelevant because as a Judge how you gonna smile while giving someone 45 yrs? If you look at the video the judge is trying so hard to hold his smile back.
