@jkstraw Jamming together would indeed be great, but afraid you will have to ask schach420 for good chart on eyes of world -- love his original suggestion for chord change and his idea that basically makes the maj7 a movable and very useful chord, but i still do not feel comfortable charting this song. one interesting side note - the maj7 needs 4 notes to be full but schach420 makes it a partial chord that still works. someone once told me that this is a characteristic of "Dead" sound.

When i first commented on your video, i told you it was inspirational. Little did I know it would inspire a conversation with another one of your admirers who has now taught me a very good chord progression used in Eyes of the World. Turns out "inspirational" in not just a general compliment - it produced a real world inspiration -- your video has been responsible for a learning experience i would never have had - thanks

@schach420 very clever of you to figure out the Emaj7 in Eyes of World. tab and chord sites suggest E dominant 7 -- but after playing the major 7 -no question you are correct. - watched bobby on video, I think he only uses middle 4 strings which would make perfect sense making the E note on the A string on fret 7 do you think he mutes the open E strings or lets them ring? As for weekends and bars - lots of difficulties - and maybe I am not good enough to be in demand anyway.
