Robert Johnson was very definitely poisoned, in a half pint of whiskey. Sonny Boy Williamson and another famous blues man we're standing there when Johnson got the bad, open bottle sent over by the bartender, Johnson was sleeping with the bartenders woman! he fell dead while drinking the bottle.
