I agree about Calleja - Florez's version is indeed sensitive; could be likened to Jose Carreras in his prime but doesn't have the passion of Grigolo. Beczala is ordinary and Brownlee is indeed different!

Not quite. There's Joseph Calleja, Piotr Becsala, Juan Diego Florez, and Lawrence Brownlee, who are far above him in experience and technique. But he has a true Italianate leggero sound, and that's nothing too shabby.

One of the most moving and beautiful versions I have ever heard, but I agree with writer Antoinette Thompson - this needs to be reposted with the ending intact. It ruined the presentation with the ending missing. Other than that, heavenly!
