Cool down brothers, if you believe that he is lip syncing then please allow me to mention something with all due respect, In December 2000 he, for the first time sang this song and everyone there was shocked when they heard that high falsetto voice, Secondly, on March 29, 2002 his concert was premiered at the State Kremlin Palace. You can clearly see Mr. Vitas hitting such a high note as this one while he sings Opera 1. Or, you can also watch the video of his singing Ave Maria on youtube and in that video while singing Ave Maria he removed the mic quite a few times to demonstrate his voice. Thirdly, I've read that he constantly keeps on practicing those high notes while he is in the car or whenever he has the time. Though, he may be lip syncing but he really have that high hitting falsetto voice. Peace !

Is there any way he could "prove" this? If he can actually do it amazingly every time...it might just sound like a recording every time because it's so good. Has he ever done it live on the radio when they know there is no recording?

If he would been fake, they would have discovered that years ago.Unfortunly he have to keep prove himself for idiots to understand that he dosn't, and ruin a good song live just to make people understand that he is the real thing. Such a shame. <=/

Reason why hez definitely lip syncing:1. when he tried to prove it with the sound he rubs his suit with mic, if you pay attention, when the mic first clashes the suit, there z no sound2. When he tried to cover mic wit his hand, it touched the mic but there ain't no soundConclusion: mic is turned off n hez faking it!Audio cuts come on people hez a professional so easy for him to know when to pause

He's not bullshitting, because Vitas is one of the 3 (?) people who can hit the dolphin-note. He is not only a record breaker, he's a amazing artist, other people who has records on hitting high notes are not in music business, if I recall correct. So if those other record holders were to sing and use that high note, I assume that people would call them hoaxer also.
