Love this song. Violent femmes are one of the best indie bands to ever exist. Does anyone remember seeing them play live on the TV show "Clarissa Explains It All"? One of the cooler moments producers allowed to happen on TV. Probably her favorite band and they let the Femmes rock Nickelodeon for a good 30 minutes, maybe more I don't know It's been forever since that aired. That was my first taste of them live. Fan ever since
