@Orewatensai1 You, sir, have summed up my thoughts EXACTLY on the genre. And you're right, the excessive warble is fun once in a while, but in no way do I ever consider most of it "real" dubstep. As you said, most of the big tracks these days have nothing to do with "dub". Vex'd "gets" it, and that's why I will always love this album. It's a pinnacle of dark Dubstep. I think this is grimier than any of that trite "filth" that the dime-a-dozen dubstep DJ's try to shove out.

@Danjldub okay: Vex'd is two people. Jamie Teasdale and Roly Porter. Those guys each have their own solo projects as well, namely Jamie Vex'd and Roly Vex'd. So, yes, Jamie Vex'd is PART of the group Vex'd, but the group Vex'd is not Jamie Vex'd. :P
