Beautiful song from Uriah Heep and Bernie is SUPERVOICE here! Bernie Shaw is great. They all are everyone who sang for Uriah Heep. Poor David Byron- the guy fucked his life over with drug and alcohol abuse died way too young. They had to fire him and I think getting Lawton was the best person they'd ever find. He fit in perfectly. Bernie Shaw has been with them the longest and the reason for that is easy- he's fantastic and can sing any and all Heep eras from his right on back to Byron's. I only have one complaint about them which is none of the Peter Goalby era songs seem to have lasted in their stage set. I think that was a difficult time for them and maybe that's why. Goalby is wonderful and I love him, but they were going for a completely different sound with him. I wonder about that, though, anyone got an answer for me?
