It's a movement of sorts. Bands, comicbooks, stories, fashion, and more. A fantastical combination of gothic, victorian dandy-style, meeting a very complex and artistically brilliant steam-theme. It's everywhere, but also well hidden. I wish it was more popular than it is. This band was inspired by a steampunk comic called "the league of extraordinary gentlemen" hence the name.
