On Your Way Down was written by Allen Toussaint and released on his 1972 album Life, Love And Faith. Little Feat's Dixie Chicken album came out in 1973. I like all the versions I've ever heard.

Concert de trombone shorty à jazz à la Villette : de la merde!! son ressemblant à un métro dans un tunnel, musique nulle (1 seul morceau construit) ressemblant à des jams sur trois accords, bassiste à chier-mais qui se la pête, guitariste et batteur hard rock, saxo baryton insupportable, c'était pas du funk, et ça n'avait rien à foutre dans un festival de jazz. Saw "Shorty" in N'awlins in Jan 2011 when I went to see Ohio St at the Sugar Bowl. Shorty by far is the coolest new musician I have seen/heard. Super talented, can play multiple instruments and flat knows how to work a crowd into a funky frenzy!
