Fucking amazing. Cant believe I judged this album as shit. The sound is amazing Nothing and Nowhere is by far their best track on the album. The classical piano and jazzy sections with clean singing are amazing.

There seems to be a misunderstanding between us :D. It's the first time i listen to this band and I don't like it either. Now after reading your explanation I realize that OG dont fall into that new melodeath group :D

Yeah, but OG is older than Insomnium lol. Kalmah is nothing like Insomnium, and it is still melodeath. OG simply plays a diferent type of melodeath than the 3 founders. Look, what i mean is, that recently came a wave of melodeath like Tracedawn, witch i respect you for liking it, but i don't. IMO they don't have the melodeath spirit, and sound very metalcorish to me. My opinion my friend ;)

All I was trying to say was that Omnium Gatherum plays a somewhat more modern melodeath in comparison to bands like Dark Tranquility, old In Flames, Insomnium etc. At least It appears to be so in my ears

mate, i mean no offense, but comparing this to Omnium Gatherum, you just gotta be kidding. Not to mention OG is 10 years older than this band, the type of songs they make is like you are comparing Iron Maiden with Tokio Hotel. This, i don't even like do call melodic death metal.
