When I miss my son, I play this song. It feels to me like the way a mother loves her child. He's 21 and moved away and I miss him soooooo much. I love this version....because it's Tori of course!

" Mountains crumble to the sea.. there would still be you and me." tells that love is unshakeable.. In real life, mountains don't crumble but it's a GREAT metaphor that love stands no matter what. I sang this song and version to my newly born son as he was dieing in my arms 13 years ago today. He only lived for two hours and this was the only song he would ever hear. thank you tori for being such an inspiration to me in my life...here's to jalen's 13th birthday <3
