This album they didn't utilize Tony properly..remember this was 1995 and u R&B was competitive (Boyz II Men, TLC, Immature, Ginuwine, etc) and no song on this album had that " Ummph" feel like he had with Hi-Five where u knew that was a hit..and then u had a bad record Label in Giant Records who did little promotion so Tony didn't have a chance

The amazing thing about Tony's voice is as he became older it really didn't change. Some artist who started young went through problems because their voice changed as they became older..Yep, pure talent right here.
