I agree with your definition of rap... A deep passion and knowledge combined with MUSICAL INTEGRITY---the key ingredient. I want to listen to an ARTIST. That's the biggest problem with most hip-hop today: the emcees have dumbed it down to match the intellect and ideology of America's population. Wow I was moved by your comment......I just found this song tonight! (big Cunninlynguists fan but new to tonedeff after deciding he killed it TOO hard on love ain't) I can appreciate your comment because I just turned 23 and am about to graduate....but my "more-than-this" is finding something to do with my life that I am passionate about and deem worthy of pursuing for a lifetime........good luck and much love to you on your path.
