Thank you, Linda for the link to the radio program... I am excited to listen. You know, other countries recognize the Glasers.... but not here. I don't get it! I used to know some country singers and was told that there was a lot of" politics" in Nashville they controlled what the station's played. By the way, "Let me down easy" is one of my favorites. But, then I have so many favorites.

Hey again Linda, you think just like I do. I know if we lived close, we would be best friends! I love everything about Tompall. I "get lost" in his music. Every song I hear becomes my next best favorite. After hearing his music, everything else seems generic and poor quality and everyone sounds the same. (I think of it as cookie cutter recordings. You can't tell one singer from the other)And I am like you, there are some people that I see in a different light than I used to. I was disappointed. But, the great Tompall is still #1 with me.

Hey Linda, I'm sorry I haven't been on here to let you know I got the new book The Great Tompall, the forgotten country music outlaw. I read it through only putting it down a couple times. I loved it. I appreciate him and his music even more after reading it... and I got to" see" some things I didn't know about some other stars that surprised me. If anyone is a Tompall fan, this book is a must read!!!
