This version captured my heart. It's so deep and soulful. The lyrics are beautiful and poetic. It captures the essence of the struggle within the character, who struggles to hold onto his humanity, even as his worst fears of becoming a monster threatens everyone he loves. In the midst of unspeakable horrors and tragedy, he finds the will to become who he chooses to be. A protector who fights to protect others and punish those who try to harm them. That's what I love about these songs. They capture the resilience and the beauty of the human spirit.6 years назад
