Why would He love someone like you? That answer is only found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It's because you're His child. What loving Father wouldn't give His life up for His child? I would encourage you to seriously read the Book of Mormon and talk to Missionaries in your area and come to a greater knowledge of who God is and why we're here.

LOL, you made my day with that "dying cow" statement! We all start somewhere. I am where I am today thanks to the patience and teaching of a few merciful teachers along the way. I sounded about like a dying cow when I started singing too.

I am going to check out, "Lone Ranger." My heart was made for music. Unfortunately my mouth was not. Apparently I am tone deaf and when I hear playback of me singing (which I do a lot as I am listening to music and doing video taping... thank GOD I can remove the sound!) but anyway, God even hears the worshipful heart that goes along with the outpouring of "dying cow" sounds. (LOL!) Either way, I was made for worship... and these words of truth remind me of God's goodness yet again.

We do indeed serve an AWESOME God! I also feel overcome by His love for me, and it always seems to be in my darkest times... Just as Todd describes in this song. A few days ago I heard Todd say that he believes a song can change a heart. I think it can even change the heart of those who call on the name of the Lord. A friend of Todd's prompted me to make some videos for songs released on this album. Getting in deep with these songs by making videos to represent them has been a real blessing to me. Sometimes I am overcome by the depths of God's love. It was just a few days ago I was pondering it yet again and the Holy Spirit reminded me that His love isn't contingent on what I give Him. It has no pre-qualification and cannot be earned or repaid. We are loved by an AWESOME God!
