I'm crying from imagining this playing at Johnny's funeral... The majority of his wish and most of his life was "For River." He always tried to take care of her, and his dream of going to the moon was because he, from his beta blocked memories, remembered that River told him that she'd meet him on the moon... and he missed her so much that it brought back that desire against many odds.
