RIP Layne Staley, Left Eye Lisa,and Aaliyah. All died far too young, were the face of music in the 90s, and changed music forever. Actually this song reminds me of Layne's death. Heroin destroyed his body over the course of 12 years. The lyrics actually made me shed tears, because it perfectly described his predicament. Espiecially when Left Eye Lisa raps, "WHo's to blame for shooting caine into your own veins, what a shame you're shooting aim for someone else's blame." He was found dead three weeks after overdosing on heroin and cocaine, and Left Eye died just afew days after he was found dead. I actually find his death the most heart breaking of the three because his pain and darkness made some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard.But you could see it slowly and painfully killing him over the years. And he was such a nice guy, he had the most beautiful voice of the 90s and he never had an ego or thought he was above anyone because of his talent. He always was so nice and treated fans like they were equals. Everytime I hear a ALice In CHains song I just want to go back and tell Layne that he helped so many people through their addiction and that he has so much to live for. :'( Three beautiful musicians and people gone in the span of 8 months.

left eyes verse is amazing. but tlc was suicidally stupid by wiping out an entire class of young males when they released 'no scrubs' as tupac once said '... bitcch get a job if you want to be rich...' I mean with that song which they got a reply from a song called 'no pidgeons'. the song was so offensive to both males and females, it amounted to bullying male kids who didn't own a car, and virtually confirmed, and im sorry to inform you of this, but more often than not if ur a girl with an ok face azll nu gotta do is open ur legs for a guy with money. school? job? not a prerequisite. proven even further on the premise that countless young beauties marry 60 year old guys with wrinkled zskin and they aren't repulsed, as long as that moneys there its a deal.
