I've stood and chatted to her lots of times after gigs. She's very down to earth. Very unassuming, and doesn't think she's beautiful and doesn't really appreciate that she's the most talented female singer songwriter for many years. I've been following her music for about ten years, and she keeps getting better and better and re-inventing herself. She's around to stay!
