I commented on this video 2yrs ago, and people gave me much encouragement. I'd like to share a follow up story for anyone who my benefit from it. After years of being lonely and thinking God has forgotten about me, I'm finally happily married to a wonderful woman. Not that marriage was ever a solution to anything; it was just that I deeply desired to have my life with Christ, but have a person to share that with daily. Strangest thing, I met this person when I was 15, and it took me till the age of 32 to realize she was the one God had in mind for me. The problem wasn't God, the problem was me; he was trying to prepare me for someone that didn't fit my "idea" of a woman. So glad I was wrong; my idea of a good wife would have been a train wreck. Thank you God for opening my eyes and removing my stupidity. I'm so sorry I didn't realize it sooner, but I will cherish her, and give her a good life. Thank you for how patient she is, and how she reminds me of you when I'm off course. Thank you for being my friend even with all of my faults.

This song never ceases to touch my heart just as God's overwhelming love does. There are so many people in this world that feel that they are unlovable, that they have just fallen too far from grace. You have never walked too far down the wrong road to turn around. God's love is over, it's underneath, it's inside, it's inbetween, and best of all, it NEVER ends. Love this song so much and I believe it to be the fave of many Christians throughout time and to this point. 2 Timothy 2;3 says: "Accept your share suffering as good soldiers of Christ Jesus" I think often we tend to forget that part of becoming stronger in our faith means we must suffer to grow. We often, in the beginning, try and fight the current of the waves and the winds of the storm and become weary as we try to fight it. The Lord will keep tangling you in your problems until you come to a point where you depend and put all your heart onto Him. He won't rescue you from the storm until you stop fighting, because the Lord will not get caught up in our attempt to make every circumstance in our lives perfect, but when really.... We are making it worse. Although, throughout the storm. He is all giving us a chance, expressing His love. He is always there. He doesn't care what we've been through because His grace alone is enough to pick us back up. He is the author of peace. Not the author of confusion nor pain. He will do it by His power alone to make you understand that you need Him and He is the only one who can truthfully help you in your tines of pain or chaos. He waits and works in mysterious and calm ways. Setting a table in the wilderness and each one of us, while not getting detracted from the outside world, is invited to join Him... In Heaven...where He will throw the biggest party Heaven has ever seen. Just hang in there fellow brothers and sisters.
