Tim McGraw is an awesome artist, country singer? well, he's got the crossover appeal and pop country that is popular these days. Actual country musicians who sing, write and play their own songs, i'd have to go with Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Jamey Johnson, Shooter Jennings, Justin Moore and Easton Corbin. I love Tim and I agree. He is the last true country singer left. But to be fair, Carrie never intended to be country. She went where American Idol sent her and they decided she'd be country. As for Taylor, she flat out annoys me

@mwendell3660 It's because of curb records. The record label gives him songs to record, he had no control over which songs go on the album. Thats why he ended his contract with curb records. And curb records filed a lawsuit on Tim McGraw last year for breach of contract reasons. Record labels have control over what the music artists puts on their album.
