I never implied he was better, I'am now. By selling of records, Bob Dylan is better. But in my subjective opinion, Tim was way better than Dylan would ever be. But then again, there where even more talented musicians in the 60-70's than those being mentioned here.

Well I think Tim's vocal elasticity is better than Dylan's. But it's difficult to tell who is better. Tim would have made it very big if he was still alive, but so would Jeff if he stayed alive.
