When I was a child, my parents bought some property and decided to build a house. We built the house as a family. As in, I was 6 years old and hammering nails into studs. After the framing was all up, we had a pretty bad storm that destroyed the entire frame of the house. We had to start over from scratch. This song became my mother's dedication to my dad. Several years later, when my dad retired, my mother presented him with a framed aerial photo of our house with the words to this song printed out next to the photo at his retirement party. My mom has since passed; however my dad is still around and kicking! This song triggers some great memories. Thanks for posting!

When my Husband and I were planning our at home wedding around the large backyard at his parents' estate my husband recorded Tie Your Dreams to Mine to be the song just before the wedding march song for when I came out the door and down the walkway with my Father. It has always meant a lot to me because he liked the song and chose it for our wedding. The words are so meaningful for a couple about to get married, and I feel so happy when I hear it. We are going on our 28th anniversary on 11/2!

I'm sorry to say I never got into the video end of all this, just audio. Back in the day, who would have ever thought of an internet or of a YouTube?? The show was released Jan. 24, 1995. When I looked real quick, I didn't see anyplace to download it, but that doesn't mean there isn't one. Just Google it, if you don't have any luck, let me know and I will spend some time on it for you.

Years ago I saw just Part of a show entitled; The Life and Times of Marty Robbins. Would you happen to have this show?? Could you post it?? I can't find it anywhere. Thank you .
